Unlike many players in the industry, Docklandet is not just an online store that mediates orders directly from manufacturers. We are one of the few specialized doll shops in the world with our own large warehouse and our own showroom, which means that we ourselves can stock a large number of realistic dolls and meet customers in person.
Docklandet has offices, shop and showroom in Borlänge in Sweden and in Riga in Latvia. It gives us a physical presence both in the Nordics and within the EU and makes it possible for customers to receive personal advice and, by agreement, to visit us and see realistic dolls on site.

We prefer genuine customer experiences to marketing disguised as customer reviews. A small number of real and informative reviews is much more valuable than a lot of anonymous superlatives that are difficult to judge the credibility of.
Why there are relatively few public reviews of sex dolls?
Buying a realistic sex doll is for many a very private purchase, which means that reviews in our industry work differently than for example for electronics, clothing or ordinary consumer products.
Many customers who are very satisfied with both their doll and their experience with the Docklandet do not wish to publish a review on the internet for reasons of discretion. It is completely understandable because in some cases a public review can be linked to a name, account or a profile.
The number of public reviews of sex dolls therefore does not always give a true picture of customer satisfaction. We regularly receive positive reviews and appreciative comments directly from customers via email and phone, but also in person from customers who visit our premises.
That kind of feedback rarely becomes public. A private email or conversation with a customer remains private, and of course we do not publish such reviews without the customer's permission. For us, the customer's integrity is more important than being able to present another review.

We work daily with realistic dolls and can therefore provide personal guidance regarding, for example, materials, size, weight, body shape, functions and different models.
For us, safe e-commerce is not only about what is written on a product page. There must also be real people behind the store that the customer can contact before and after their purchase.
Discretion is an obvious part of Docklandet
For many of our customers, discretion is a basic requirement for making a purchase at all. Of course, the same respect for privacy also applies after delivery.

I knew I was ordering something special, but I had absolutely no idea that the quality would be this amazing. I've spent quite a bit of time looking at them, touching the silicone, and examining all the little details. And I mean everything — the skin, the breasts, the buttocks, the intimate areas, the shape of their bodies, and all those tiny details that make them look and feel so realistic. It's honestly unbelievable how much work has gone into making them. I keep looking at them and thinking, how is it even possible to create something this close to a real human body? And the feeling of the silicone is something else entirely. I genuinely believe this is probably as close as you can get to the feeling of real human skin and a real body.
I ordered a ZFE01-1 ZELEX 168 CM B-cup. It arrived after about two months. The whole experience was smooth sailing. I will be buying from Docklandet again, and I think it will be another Zelex as they are true artists.

The quality is good and the price is reasonable. The last doll I owned was a Tayu, and this one matches it in terms of quality and build, but comes at a significantly lower cost.

Hon kom till mig för 6 år sedan...41kg...lång och snygg med mycket stora tunga bröst...grova lår och härliga skinkor. Jag packade upp henne omedelbart och tvättade henne. Efteråt var jag så galet upphetsad att jag låg med henne flera gånger den kvällen...det gick extremt fort första gången...inne i slidan finns flera valkar och andra former som gör varje penetration extremt njutbar. Efter alla år ger hon mig fortfarande lust och det är ibland svårt hålla tillbaka utlösningen. Hon ligger alltid i min säng och jag kan ofta inte låta bli henne på morgonen. Efter arbetet blir det också ofta ett samlag. Nu har alla hennes leder blivit helt lösa och slappa. Hon kan inte stå eller hålla kvar en position. Det är nästan mer upphetsande att hon är så mjuk och avslappnad. Kring slidöppningen har det blivit flera djupa sprickor och hennes fingrar är förstörda och avbrutna. Trots ålderstecknen är hon underbart skön. Hon kommer att bli kvar för att hon är så vacker och sexig. Jag har ett antal andra dockor från docklandet, bl.a en WM 159 C. Hon är också vansinnigt upphetsande att leka med. Den här äldre skönheten är dock fortfarande den som ger mig allra mest njutning. Hennes mått har gjort att det ibland är svårt att hitta kläder som sitter riktigt bra. Det är framför allt hennes smala midja som gör att kjolar och jeans inte sitter perfekt. Att hitta BH som passar har varit ganska knepigt. Det har fått bli riktigt exklusiva och dyra bysthållare. Klänningar är inga problem. Jag har hittat många snygga och välsittande korta klänningar till henne.
Fungerar som den ska, bra kvalitet för priset.
Helt fantastisk och billig köpte några olika på AliExpress som var skit men den här är ju nästan som en full stor docka typ samma känsla men i hand format!

Came damaged where the bolts under the feet are located. Pretty sure reason was because of transit. Because of that the doll won't stand still. Otherwise I would give the review five stars.
Paketet vägde över 70kg enligt transportören. Enligt hemsidan ska dockan väga 37kg. You do the math. Tror snarare att dockan väger upp mot 50-60kg. Jag har en annan docka som väger ca 30+ kg och den har jag inga problem att lyfta. Huvudet känns som hårdplast och det står att "oralt" fungerar men jag garanterar att det inte fungerar med denna docka. Munnen har inget djup och läpparna är hårda som plast. Det tog 3 månader från beställning att tillverka och skicka dockan. (3-5 veckor stämmer absolut inte) Fedex leveransen fick göras om då de påstår att de försökte leverera paketet men jag fick aldrig någon information ang den leveransen. Jag behövde kontakta docklandets support för att ge Fedex min information så paketet till slut kunde levereras. Jag försökte avbryta ordern efter ett par veckor men Docklandet påstod att dockan redan hade tillverkats och kunde därför inte avbryta ordern. Så det tog ett par veckor att tillverka dockan men 2 och en halv månad för leverans? Galet. Det enda positiva med en sexdocka är att ha något att hålla om under natten. Dockorna väger för mycket så förvänta dig inget bekvämt ligg. 0/10, slösa inte era pengar. P.S. Den första dockan jag köpte fanns i deras lager och den skulle dyka upp efter ett par dagar enligt hemsidan. Det tog 2 veckor att få den levererad.

Does Docklandet only sell in Sweden?
No. Docklandet is EU's leading store for realistic dolls and works with customers in Sweden, the Nordics and the rest of the EU. We also have international customers outside of Europe and sell, among other things, a significant amount of realistic dolls to the USA.
Why aren't there more reviews of sex dolls?
Sex dolls and realistic dolls are a private product category and many customers do not want to publish information about their purchase for reasons of discretion. Docklandet therefore receives significantly more feedback directly via e-mail, phone and personal customer meetings than is published as public reviews.
Why is Docklandet not on Trustpilot?
We were previously active on Trustpilot and had an account there for about a year, 2021-2022. During that period, we collected about 250 customer reviews. The account was later closed down. According to the information we received from Trustpilot, this was due to their rules regarding the sale of dolls under 148 cm. Since a large part of our range includes dolls under this length, we could not continue using the service.
We could not find any clear wording about this particular height limitation in the contract. However, Trustpilot's terms and conditions contain provisions that give them the option to terminate collaborations. After dialogue with Trustpilot, we got back part of the cost we had invested in the service. After that experience, we have chosen to no longer invest time or money in Trustpilot.
We prefer to be open about why we don't use Trustpilot. The fact that we are not there is not because we lack customer reviews, but because we have chosen to no longer use the platform.
Where can I find more reviews of Docklandet?
If you want to read what our customers think, there are reviews published on several of the products in our store.
Only a small percentage of our customers choose to publish a review directly on the website. For natural reasons such as discretion. However, we regularly receive feedback from customers via e-mail, telephone and personal visits. When customers give us permission and we have the opportunity, we also publish such feedback on our website.
